Carmena Su is a yogi, strength trainer and athlete who has dedicated the last 20 years learning about the body, mind, nutrition and helping others achieve the best health of their lives. She combines cutting edge knowledge with common sense to build body and mind from the ground up so you can achieve your goals – no matter what your age or your past physical background.
Based in the South Island of New Zealand, Carmena’s favorite things include gardening, meditating and spending time with her husband and daughter (who got her first body weight pull up just after her 8th birthday and making Mum proud!
